The results for the different analysis phases are listed in Figs. E4.10b, E4.10c, and E4.10d. Comparing Fig. E4.10e with Fig. E4.9e shows that there is a substantial reduction in the magnitude of the maximum moment when the 3-hinged gable frame is used.
